YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy

Updated November 1, 2026

Pickle Balls is a project operated by Zayd Krunz. This page explains the information the app uses to provide shared tasks, habits, circles, and conversations.

Signing in

When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your provider account ID, name, email address and verification status, and profile photo. Discord may also provide your username. We store this information to identify your account, show your profile, and let you return to your circles. We do not receive your Google or Discord password.

Google sign-in requests only basic profile and email access. It does not grant access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or your contacts. Provider tokens are stored on the server, with access and refresh tokens encrypted. Connecting another sign-in method attaches it to your existing Pickle Balls account.

What you share

The app stores the content you create or upload, including tasks, proof, posts, comments, habits, Screen Time reports, messages, reactions, and files. Circle content and your profile are shown to the people who can access that circle. Messages and their attachments are available to members of the relevant conversation. People who can view content may copy or save it.

Your sign-in email is used for account identity and linking. It is not displayed as part of your public profile to circle members.

Services that help run the app

Hosting, storage, and network services process information needed to deliver and protect the app, including uploaded files, IP addresses, browser details, and operational logs. Google or Discord processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy, and profile photos may be loaded from the provider.

When you upload a Screen Time screenshot, it is sent through OpenRouter to an AI model provider to read the report. Upload only information you want processed and shared with your circle. If you enable push notifications, your browser's push service receives the information needed to deliver them.

We use account information to operate the app, authenticate users, and prevent abuse. We do not sell Google or Discord account data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and device storage

Cookies keep you signed in, protect sign-in requests, and remember your active circle. Browser storage also keeps preferences and local app state. Signing out ends that browser's app session. Disabling cookies may prevent sign-in.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete your own content using its available controls and leave circles from the Circles page. Account settings lets you permanently delete your account after transferring or deleting circles you own. This removes your profile, connected sign-ins, sessions, and personal content; uploaded files are queued for deletion. Shared plans and review decisions may remain attributed to Deleted member, with your personal review text removed.

We retain account and app content while it is needed to provide the service or until it is deleted. Operational logs and backups may retain earlier copies until they are rotated. Deleting content cannot remove copies other people have saved.

You can also revoke Pickle Balls access in your Google or Discord account settings. Revoking provider access does not by itself delete your Pickle Balls account or end an already active app session. Use the app's sign-out or account-deletion controls for those actions.
